hi hi hi! my name is cassie and i'm the host of the animal collective. I think i'll be using this blog as a sort of public journal ! I may make another page for my art, too :]. if i do, it'll be under directlounge, like all of my other art accounts. I am part of a system, and other alters use my accounts, but they should self identify in the subject of a post or somewhere in it :)
I'm finally done with school which means i can work on personal projects ! like this blog hahah. also crochet!! it's become an even bigger thing than i thought it would be for me, but it's nice to and calming, so i suppose it's alright. I need to get more yarn for a project i'm working on, i totally miscalculated on the amount i would need, which does suck- but i found some embroidery thread, so hopefully i can do a few small projects with that while i wait to go to the store :) or get it shipped to me ! Recently( as in this month and the last) I read Your & My Secret, binged Apothecary Diaries ( can't wait for the next episode this friday !!) and started Kamisama Kiss. I really like shoujo, and I'm also trying to figure out how femininity feels for myself, and I feel like through shoujo I can get an idea of a Maiden's Heart. or whatever lol . I'm like. my identity is kind of hard to parse but the idea of a construct is not far off, so we'll go with that!I'm also gearing up for artfight, so maybe i'll post about that on here, but more likely it'll be on my art blog when i get it set up. I should also figure out how exactly to add images in here so i can show what i've knit or crocheted... Since i want to keep them separate from my art page!! BYEEEEE!! oh . wait one more thing. we can post co-ords in here hahah >:3. okay thats it for real!! clay out.
